Navy Pier and Goodbyes...
So yesterday was Lynne's last day. Since we had to drive into Chicago to take her to the airport we decided to go into the Navy pier for the day... Besides sitting in traffic for far too long, the weather being freezing, and Jace being soaking wet (due to his new water spitting phase) we had a great time. We only had 2 hours to spend down there but we were able to go to the children's museum for a bit and then to eat some Chicago style pizza. The way home was pretty sad seeing I was ready for Lynne to go home, those 4 days sure did fly by. On the way home we picked up Bobby so Sean and him could watch the fights and I'm sure Jace was beyond thrilled when he opened his eyes and saw bobby in the back seat with him! I was super nervous how he would act when Jace didn't see Lynne, because the last few days he was attached to her hip. Sadly I only got ONE picture at the navy pier but I did get a great picture of my precious boy sleeping on the ride home!
